Video Review: Ozzy Osbourne, "Don’t Blame Me"

Don't Blame Me covers most of the same period as the The Black Sabbath Story Vol. 1 video, including Blue Suede Shoes from '69. OZZY's memories of his SABBATH days are not always as rosy as Geezer Butler and Tony Iommi's in The Black Sabbath Story Vol. 1. Neither are Bill Ward's, which makes it all the more interesting.

Other guest appearances are from Lemmy, Nikki Sixx, Mick Mars, Joe Elliot, ALICE COOPER, and the increasingly bland Jon Bon Jovi, who relate their fave OZZY stories. We also hear from the attorney Thomas T. Anderson, council for the plaintiff against OZZY in the infamous suicide case. Now this guy is off his head!

What he stands for scares me more than anything OZZY has ever been accused of.

The music is all there, from War Pigs to No More Tears and the Crazy Train video, in which OZZY cuts a striking resemblance to GARY GLITTER.

OZZY goes into depth about SABBATH, his worries about going solo, the tragic death of Randy Rhodes, the bat biting, etc.

A documentary of if you like, a Rockumentary about OZZY's career as seen by him and those around him. Which is just as well as he was probably too pissed to remember most of it.
